*Mental Health Crisis Lines London Borough A-Z
If you are already a patient at a Trust, they may have given you a specific number to contact when you are feeling unwell. This could be a number for your Care Coordinator or the service responsible for your care. It's best to contact that number first. If it's outside of working hours or you are not known to the Trust, contact the crisis line of your borough on this page.

Nightline Association - Support for Students in Crisis
Nightline is a student listening service which is open at night and run by students for students. Every night of term, trained student volunteers answer calls, emails, instant messages, texts and talk in person to their fellow university students about anything that’s troubling them. As the Nightline volunteers are fellow students, they can directly empathise with their callers’ problems.
Papyrus HOPELINEUK
If you’re under 35 and struggling with suicidal feelings, or concerned about a young person who might be struggling, you can call Papyrus HOPELINEUK on 0800 068 4141 (weekdays 10am-10pm, weekends 2pm-10pm and bank holidays 2pm–10pm), email pat@papyrus-uk.org or text 07786 209 697.
Recovery Cafe's
In different areas of London and the UK offering free, safe, inclusive and welcoming spaces for people who are struggling to cope with their mental health during the evening and weekends when other services may be closed. Google 'Recovery Cafe London' (or other location) to find your nearest recovery cafe.
Switchboard LGBTQ+
If you identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender, you can call Switchboard on 0300 330 0630 (10am–10pm every day), email chris@switchboard.lgbt or use their webchat service. Phone operators all identify as LGBT+.
